  • WatsonLink Mitel OIG Integration

    WatsonLink at it’s core is an easy to work with Integration tool for the Mitel OIG Platform. WatsonLink is built as a modular system, the base module being the RESTful API Interface which allows full intractability with stations that can be monitored by the Mitel Open Integration Gateway. Monitored stations can be statically configured or automatically collected using Data Services.

    Watson Mass Texting allows users to send out SMS notifications to a pre-defined client list using an easy to use web interface. Send marketing alerts to your clientele, major business announcements, company notifications, and more. Watson Mass Texting allows a new and unique DID to be used, or use a DID you already own.

  • Outbound Notification System

    The Watson ONS is a cloud-based voice notification system designed to alert a pre-defined client list via phone with a pre-recorded message, or a new message that can be created by dialing into the service yourself. ONS uses an easy to navigate web interface to create your client list and upload pre-recorded messages to be sent out.

  • Call Masking Appliance

    The Watson Call Masking Virtual Appliance was designed to determine the best match for an outbound caller ID based on the dialed number. Outbound numbers can be matched from a customer provided Database of owned numbers based on NXX, NPA, or Distance
